Murray Boyte – Executive Chairman – BCA, CMInstD, CA, MAICD
Murray Boyte holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from the Victoria University in Wellington and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. Murray has held executive positions and Directorships in the transport, horticultural, financial services, investment, property and health service industries. He is currently a Director of Abano Health Group, Unity Pacific Funds Management and Chairman of National Tyre Wheel Co Ltd.
Sue Renkin – Non-Executive Director – RN, MBA, FCDA, GradDip Corp Gov, MAICD
Sue holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from UNE and attended Harvard Business School for a course on Competition and Strategy. Sue enjoyed almost thirty years as CEO for private hospitals, emergency services and not for profit entities. She now operates a portfolio career as a non-executive director and executive coach and mentor. Sue is a past National Telstra Business Woman of the year. She is the current Chairman of Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, a Director of GMHBA Limited, member of the Global Leadership Board International Women’s Forum and Director of the National Imaging Facility’s Governing Board.
Lachlan McIntosh – Non Executive Director – BCom
Lachlan McIntosh is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He specialises in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has had substantial experience in the real estate and retirement accommodation industry along with significant experience in the franchising industries and mining services industries.
Russell Banham – Non Executive Director – BCom
Russell Banham holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from the University of New South Wales, is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Mr Banham currently serves as a director of HKSE listed MGM China Holdings Limited, LSE listed National Atomic Company Kazatomprom and Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd. He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Queensland Audit Office.

Tracey Campion – Chief Financial Officer –
Ms Campion is a CPA with over ten years experience in senior financial management roles encompassing statutory, regulatory and management reporting, primarily in professional services, financial services and funds management. She also has relevant experience in the property management rights industry.
